| 摘 要： | 地方高等教育的持续扩张提高了我国劳动力整体素质,改善了劳动力供给结构,促进了经济社会持续健康发展。但也同时给我国劳动力市场带来了巨大的增量压力和结构压力,在现有制度框架内加剧了劳动力市场供求不平衡状况和劳动力市场分割状况,并且导致高等教育作为劳动力市场筛选信号方面的功能减弱。

| Abstract: | The continued expansion of local colleges and universities has improved the overall quality of China′s labor forces,amended the structure of labor supply,and promoted the healthy and sustainable development of economy and society.But it has at the same time brought us enormous pressure of increment and structure,exacerbated the imbalance of supply and demand in the labor market and increased the segmentation,whereas it has,too,weakened the selecting signal of higher education. |
