随着社会的发展和现代科技成果的广泛运用 ,不仅致险源在激增 ,而且过失犯罪的危险性也大大增加了。为了防卫社会 ,虽然当代各国在立法中均把那些过失地将他人的生命、健康或重大公私财产置于严重的危险状态的行为予以犯罪化 ,但在理论上认识并不一致 ,而且我国关于过失危险犯的刑事立法也存在一些缺陷和不足 ,需要加以完善

Comparative Study on Involuntary Dangerous Crime

Both the danger source and the level of danger increase sharply along with the development of society and widespread utilizing of moden science and technology.Although the act that makes others'life and heathy and significant property in a seriously dengerous state has been legislated criminally in order to save the society from damage, controversies still exist in theory .Moreover,there are some shortcomings in the ligislation about involuntary dengerous crime in our state ,which need to be further perfected.
