| 摘 要： | 随着未成年人犯罪率的上升，未成年人犯罪刑事案件剧增。由于我国缺乏相对独立的未成年人刑事诉讼法律制度，现有的刑事诉讼程序对未成年犯罪人保护不足，需从侦查、起诉、审判、执行程序上加强对未成年人保护制度的建构与完善，以体现刑事司法程序对未成年犯罪人应有的人文关怀。

| Abstract: | With the arising of delinquency rate, the criminal cases of delinquency become extremely more, because our country is short of relatively independent infant criminal procedure system. What＇s more, the present system can＇t provide enough protection for infant. We need to strengthen the construction and perfection of infant protection system from invesfigation. prosecution,judgement and the execution procedure, which will make criminal justice procedure show humane care for infant criminal. |
