| Abstract: | The proposal of building a well-off society in an all-round way is based on th e experiences and lessons accumulated before the Third Session of the Eleventh Nat ional Congress of the CPC.The establishment of the thought of building a well-o ff so ciety in an all-round way has deepened the Party's theoretical recognition of b u ilding socialism with Chinese characteristics.It enriches and develops Marxism t heory on building socialism. |
