| 摘 要： | 制度与文化是区域经济发展缺一不可的两个因素,区域制度创新不仅是经济力在起作用,还决定于文化力的作用因素。宁波之所以有活力,是制度和文化力的双重因素作用的结果。在新一轮改革开放中,宁波区域过去的优势将成为历史,如何重组优势,使宁波在区域创新中再创成绩,需要提高城市文化的品位,促进区域制度进一步创新。

With the opening and refonn, the regional advantages that Ningbo had will disappear. In this situation, Ningbo needs to promote its culture and its system. |
