| 摘 要： | 20世纪华人企业的经营管理模式培育了众多的宁波帮家族,包氏家族是其中的典型代表。相比较于其他商帮,宁波帮具有鲜明的个性、独特的优势和共同的价值取向。文章通过对包氏家族创业历程与回馈社会义举的剖析,提出并全面论证了宁波帮精神,从一个侧面揭示了宁波帮之所以能笑傲商海、名震寰宇、长盛不衰的原因,期望宁波帮精神能成为教育年轻一代的一种德育资源。

| Abstract: | Yue-Kong Pao is a typical representative of the modern overseas Ningbo merchants. Compared with the overseas merchants of other origins, overseas Ningbo merchants have their distinctive characteristics, privileges and values. With an analysis of the growth of the Pao' s family and the philanthropic acts of the family, this article attempts to reveal the sprit of the overseas Ningbo merchants and the secret of their success. |
