论亚里斯多德的中庸之美

从德性与中庸之道、德性中的善与美等概念及其相互关系的厘定出发，深入地探究亚里斯多德的中庸之美，并指出，正是亚里斯多德确定了一种一切以时间、地点为转移的活生生的中庸之道，才使德性的善完成了向至善的过渡，达到了中庸之美。尽管亚里斯多德的中庸之美存在着漏洞、混乱和空白，然而，他开创性的工作使我们不得不承认，他是一个充满德性理论的美学家或者说他是一个当时最懂美学意义的道德家。

On the beauty of the mean in Aristotle

By the conception about virtue,the doctrine of t he mean,the good and beauty in virtue,the beauty in Aristotle is fully expouded, and pointed out because Aristotle had established the doctrine of the mean.Acco rding to the doctrine , all were decided by time and place in life,which enable s the transition from virtual good to the extrem good,and the achievement of the beauty of mean .Though there are some faults,confusions,and room for improvemen t in Aristotle's doctrine of the mean,his creative work makes us believe that he is an aesthetician expert with the virtue theory or a moralist with deep ap preciation aesthetics at that time.
