| 摘 要： | 关于次道德是否存在及应否提倡 ,存在着激烈的争论。实际上 ,和非法行为中存在违法行为和犯罪一样 ,非道德行为中也存在次道德和不道德的划分。提倡次道德在法理分析和司法实践中都有合理的根据。
