| Abstract: | Through a comparative study of different legislations on contract fraud in China and abroad and an analysis of practical problems, this paper argues that we need to improve our legislation; for example, we need to define more clearly the criminal intention in contract fraud, extend the scope of the targets of contract fraud, and define more clearly the amount of money involved in contract fraud. |
