| 摘 要： | 随着我国房地产市场的发展,商品房质量问题也日益突出,逐渐成为新的投诉热点,为了解决商品房质量投诉难以解决的问题,应明确商品房质量纠纷的解决机构、房屋质量鉴定问题以及因房屋质量问题造成损失的赔偿范围,并提出完善我国现有相关法律制度的建议.

| Abstract: | With the development of market of real estate,the quality problem of commodity apartment is outstanding.It becomes the new appeal focus gradually.In order to solve the problem of complaining difficult for the quality of commodity apartment,commodity apartment settlement organization,quality of dispute,house quality appraisal problem and compensation range of demages because of house quality problem,should be defined.The suggestions with relevant legal systems of our country should be put forward. |
