| 摘 要： | 加入WTO对农民增收政策的选择、增收目标的实现、不同农产品生产者和不同地区会带来不同影响。在WTO规则允许的框架内应采取的主要策略与措施有 :加大基础设施建设力度、加强科研和实用技术推广、积极开发和引进新品种技术、合理调整产业结构、加强经营管理等。

| Abstract: | Entering WTO has brought different influences on farmers' choice of increasing income policy and completing goal of increasing income in different agricultural products and in different regions.Within the frame of WTO regulations,we should take the follownig main tactics and measures;Enlarging construction of fundamental facilities,strengthening scientific research and developing useful techniques,actively exploring and importing technology of new strains rationally adjusting industrial structure and reinforcing operation and management. |
