大学交往德育模式的实施策略研究

大学交往德育模式是在交往德育理论指导下,依据德育过程的规律而形成的比较稳定的大学德育程序及其方法体系。高校应通过营造"以人为本"的校园文化环境、建立"个人成长导师制"的制度环境以及构建"回归生活世界"的实践环境,为大学交往德育模式的实施提供环境保障;通过构建以"问题为中心"的课堂教育情境、"回归生活世界"的生活交往情境以及"互动合作"的主题活动情境,为大学交往德育模式创设情境模式。并通过讨论教育法、生活交流教育法、熏陶感染教育法以及生活实践互动法等方法推进大学交往德育模式的实施,从而实现大学交往德育从理论到实践的统一。

Research on Implementing Strategy of University Moral Education Model

University moral education is a comparatively stable process and methodology of university moral education model.It is formed pursuant to the laws of moral education,under the guidance of the theory of moral education.Universities should create proper atmosphere for the implement of the university moral education model through the creation of a "people-oriented" campus culture,the establishment of "personal development tutor" system environment and the construction of "returning to life world" of practice environment.They should also create a situational model through the construction of "problem-centered" classroom teaching situation,"returning to daily life" situation and "mutual cooperation" situation.Universities should promote the implement of the university moral education model by various methods such as discussion,communication,intense exposure and life interaction.All these efforts aim to make the university moral education model achieve the unity from theory to practice.
