论党从用意识形态驾驭经济建设到服务经济建设的转变

意识形态的"先在"优越性即对经济基础在一定条件下的决定作用,使新中国在"一穷二白"的基础上建立起了独立的比较完整的工业体系和国民经济体系。然而,意识形态这种作用所创造的经济奇迹却遮蔽了它的限度,付出了惨重的代价。十一届三中全会以后,邓小平最终实现了意识形态与经济基础的角色转换,走上了"经济基础决定上层建筑"的轨道,为中国特色社会主义经济、政治、社会、文化的持续发展奠定了坚实的基础。

Comment on the Transformation of the CPC from Using Ideology to Control Economic Construction into Serving Economic Construction

The decisive effect under given conditions of ideology to economic basis which was called the "first in superiority",made the new state establish comparatively independently industrial system and national economic system on poor basis.However,the economic miracle covered the limitation of the function of ideology,which caused disastrous consequence.After the 3rd Plenum of the 11th CPC Central Committee,Deng Xiaoping accomplished the role transformation of ideology and economic basis,and brought the two to the orbit of "economic basis determine superstructure",which established solid basis for the sustained development of Chinese characteristics economy,politics,society and culture.
