成都市纪检监察机构管理体制改革调研

本文通过深入调研，总结了中共成都市委在探索“坚持科学发展、构建和谐社会”实践中实施的纪检监察体制改革在三年来取得的成绩，证明改革的方向与思路是正确的。同时，在分析存在问题的基础上，认为只有通过进一步深化改革才能解决改革中遇到的问题，并就此提出了一些有针对性的措施建议。

Survey of Management System of Chengdu Discipline Inspection Agencies

On basis of the in - depth research, this paper sums up the achievements the CPC Chengdu Munic-ipal Committee has made in the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system for three years while practicing the goal of ＂insistence on the scientific development and construction of a harmonious society＂, and holds that all the achievements have shown the either the direction or the idea of reform is correct. Meanwhile, on the basis of analysis of problems, this paper believes that all the problems encountered in the reform can only be resolved through further reform and offers some targeted measures.
