| 摘 要： | 高校内部招标活动具有一定的特殊性,即作为内部监督的纪检监察部门在行使监督权时容易出现监督误区。文章对高校纪检监察部门在行使监督权方面容易产生的误区现象及成因进行分析,就如何确立监督人员定位、健全规范监督制度、把握监督的关键性环节等,提出有效实施高校内部招标采购监督工作的建议。

| Abstract: | Bidding work of colleges and universities has some special characteristics,namely,the discipline inspection and supervision departments,while performing the role of internal supervision and exercising their right of supervision,are likely to step into some misunderstanding or make mistakes.This paper makes an analysis of those relevant mistakes and their causes and puts forward some proposals on the effective supervision over the bidding work of colleges and universities by means of establishing reasonable orientation of supervisory staff,standardizing and improving the supervisory system,and grasping the key aspects of such monitoring. |
