旅游解说：生态文明建设的有效途径——基于游客满意度的实证分析

随着旅游业对生态环境的日益依赖,旅游解说作为旅游地的一种以信息传播为手段的有效管理方式,对于生态文明建设具有积极的作用和意义。为了实证旅游解说的生态效用,研究选取10项主要指标在雁南飞茶田景区进行游客满意度抽样调查,然后利用SPSS对问卷数据进行统计和分析。结果表明,游客对旅游解说生态效用的总体满意度较高,旅游解说以其受众广泛、媒介多样、内容丰富、情境生动的优势和特点,为生态文明建设提供公众参与的机会和信息传播的媒介,也成为打造知识展示的窗口和创造生态教育的情境。
