当前大学生就业困境及对策分析

面对严峻的就业形势,大学生究竟应该怎样才能摆脱＂毕业即失业＂的国境,找到一份理想的工作成为了当今亟待解决的问题。大学生就业难的缓解和解决归根结底依赖于经济发展,但也离不开体制改革和观念更新。解决毕业生就业是一项系统工程,需要政府管理部门、社会、高校,以及毕业生本人的共同努力,用人单位须着眼长远发展,树立科学的人才观;大学生自身须不断提高素质,增强自身就业竞争力;高校须完善大学生就业指导工作体系,调整专业设置尤其是课程设置,改变大学生的知识结构。

On College Students' Employment Difficulties and the Countermeasures

Due to the severe employment difficulty,what should college students do to get rid of the situation of unemployment upon graduation and find an ideal job has been a serious problem today.Although employment mitigation and resolution essentially depends on economic development,system and mind innovation are also very important.Employment of college students is a system which needs the joint efforts of government departments,the society,universities and students themselves.Employers should focus on long-term development and establish scientific talent concept;Students themselves should constantly improve their quality and enhance their competitiveness;Universities should improve career guidance system and adjust the curriculum setting,particularly,profession setting in order to change the knowledge structure of students.
