| 摘 要： | 通过中美两所中小型大学图书馆在基本状况、人力资源、资源配置、读者服务等方面的比较,可以初步领略美国中小型图书馆的某些服务、管理特色.美国中小型图书馆的管理经验,对我国图书馆的立法、资源管理、读者服务以及评估体系等方面的工作具有一定的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | By way of contrasting two medium or small-scaled libraries in Chinese and American university,the basic condition,human resources,resource configuration and service to readers of American library have been compared.Meanwhile,some special service and management have been introduced.Moreover,the legislation,resource management,service to readers and evaluation system of library in China have been discussed. |
