发达国家文化中心城市建设的经验及对北京的启示

北京已经是中国的国家文化中心,但与发达国家文化中心城市相比,北京还只是发展中国家的文化中心。纽约、伦敦、巴黎、东京等文化中心城市,在推进文化建设中积累了很多有益的经验:高度的文化自觉、宽松的文化环境、严肃的文化法制、成熟的文化市场、主打的文化品牌和市民的文化共享等等。北京在坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路的前提下,如果能够更为自觉地加强国际文化的交流,吸收人类社会的文明成果,应该能够发展得更好一些。

Experience of Developed Countries in Construction of Cultural Center Cities and Its Revelation for Beijing

Beijing has already been the national culture - centered of China. However, compared to culture- centered cities of developed countries, Beijing is still a cultural center of developing country. Culture-centered cities such as New York, London, Paris and Tokyo have accumulated much beneficial experience in their culture development： high level cultural self-awareness, loose cultural environment, strict cultural legal system, mature culture market, major cultural brand and culture sharing in citizens, etc. Beijing may develop better if it enhances international communication consciously and absorbs civilization achievements of human society while insisting socialism with Chinese characteristics way of cultural development.
