从社会发展的需要、企业变革的需要和大学的功能及自身适应市场经济发展的需要,探讨了校企合作的重要意义;总结分析了国内外校企合作的多种方式以及今后的发展潜力.提出了校企合作的成功条件,并在此基础上,对校企合作的前景进行了展望,提出在大学校园内通过组建专门的工业技术研究机构,同更多的企业建立多种形式的研发中心或共同实验室,发展大学科技园和建立国家技术转移中心等方式,继续推进大学与企业的合作,以此推动整个社会的技术进步与发展.

Form and Prospect of Cooperation Between Universities and Businesses in the Age of Knowledge-Based Economy

The significance of cooperation between universities and businesses is discussed in view of the needs of social development and business reform and the self-adapting function of universities to market economy. Various cooperation forms in China and foreign countries and its potential and prospect are summarized, with conditions for successful cooperations proposed. Some suggestions are set out to promote the cooperations, such as establishing cooperatively industrial technology research units in university campus and more R&D centers or labs in various forms, especially developing the sci-tech parks and state-run technology transfer centers.
