发展经济学的工业化理论述评

工业化是发展经济学研究的一个核心问题.20世纪40年代以来,发展经济学在理论上研究了发展中国家的工业化,在政策主张上强调工业化。20世纪80年代以后对工业化的研究出现了一些新的进展:对发展中国家工业化经历的差异性进行了解释,提出了成功工业化的标准,对国家工业化的成就进行了研究,分析了发展中国家工业化过程中的环境税收改革。总结发展经济学对工业化的理论研究及其新进展,对促进中国新型工业化道路的研究具有十分重要的意义。

A Review on Industrialization Theory in Economics of Development

Industrialization is a kernel issue in the studies of economics of development. Since 1940s, the economics of development studied theoretically the industrialization in developing countries, while in policies proposed an emphasis on industrialization. Ever since 1980s, there has been a new development in the studies of industrialization. The differences are explained for the experience of industrialization in developing countries. The standards for a successful industrialization are put forward. The achievements of na(?)ional industrialization have been studied. The reform of environment tax in the process of industrialization in developing countries is analysed. To sum up the theoretical research on industrialization and its new progress in the economics of development is of great significance in promoting the studies of the way for Chinese new industrialization.
