| 摘 要： | 新疆兵团的发展离不开人口的发展,新疆兵团少数民族人口的发展是新疆兵团事业发展的重要组成部分,新疆兵团内部的少数民族正是新疆兵团加强与地方团结的桥梁和纽带。兵团少数民族的发展大致经历了三个大的历史发展时期:1954-1966年的少数民族人口快速增长时期,1966-1981年兵团少数民族人口持续增长时期、以及1982-2000年的兵团少数民族人口的稳定增长时期。
