| 摘 要： | 独立学院是高等教育大众化、市场化办学思路的产物,其办学理念由精英化向大众化方向转变,办学方向也发生了根本性转变。随着办学规模的扩大和办学形式的转变,"三本"学生的就学与就业之间的矛盾日益凸现,尤其对于经济和文化欠发达的西部地区独立学院而言,其办学规模与质量,就业幅度与路径,都日益彰显出结构性矛盾。思考西部地区独立学院学生就业的困境、路径、对策有益于进一步推进"三本"学生的就业工作。

| Abstract: | Independent college is an outcome of the popularization of higher education and the marketiza- tion of school running,whose school running idea is to transfer from the elite education to popularized e- ducation.With the expansion of school scale and the form of school running,there appears the dilemma of students' employment for independent colleges,especially for those in under-developed western re- gions.The article analyzes the problems and puts forward some countermeasures. |
