| 摘 要： | 实现人民币的完全可自由兑换是我国外汇制度改革的目标之一,这一过程应有序推进,并注意防范风险.同时,应在此基础上为人民币的国际化做准备,使人民币在未来国际货币体系中发挥重要作用.应对目前人民币的升值压力应着眼并服务于这一趋势和进程.

| Abstract: | It is one of goals of the foreign exchange system reform to make RMB exchange completely and freely. The process should be promoted in order and we must guard against its risk carefully. At the same time, on the basis of the above, something must be done to be ready for the internationalization of RMB, and make RMB play an important role in the future international monetary system. We should serve the tendency and process of the pressure of the rise in value of RMB. |
