应用型本科院校教师实践教学能力缺失及对策研究

摘    要:应用型本科院校的专业教育理念是强调以培养学生的应用能力为核心,为此需要一支有较强实践教学能力的师资队伍。目前应用型本科院校教师普遍存在实践教学能力缺失的现象,在一定程度上影响了应用型人才培养目标的实现。要切实转变教育观念,采取校企合作等多种方式,提高教师实践教学能力,以适应应用型本科院校人才培养的需要。

Abstract:The educational philosophy of application-oriented college highlights the cultivation of students' competence, therefore it is necessary to own a teacher stuff with high capability of practice teaching. However, teachers' lack of practice teaching capability is quite common in many application- oriented colleges, which consequently hinders the realization of the goal of cultivating application-oriented talents. To meet the needs of application-oriented talents cultivation, it is essential to change teachers' philosophy of education and take such measures as cooperate with enterprises, to improve their practice teaching capability.
