| 摘 要： | 赦宥是中国封建社会君主常用的一种政治手段,唐太宗在位期间,赦宥作为一种政治策略和工具,起到了缓和阶级矛盾、安定政局、巩固统治的功用,赦宥的针对性和目的性比较明显。太宗对待赦宥的态度也十分慎重,每次赦宥均有着特定的政治和社会背景,对巩固太宗的统治起到了一定的作用。
