汶川地震灾区企业员工危机意识的调研与分析

在应对突发事件的能力建设中，作为“软能力建设”的危机意识培育是其重要环节。文章以来自汶川地震灾区的两家企业员工为对象，调查其在日常危机防范和危机管理认知两方面的了解和掌握程度。结果显示，员工具有初步的日常危机防范意识，对企业以及自身面临的危机形态、危机应对能力具有较为理性的认识，但其整体危机意识仍有较大的提升空间。危机意识的培养要在常态化、有用性以及组织的灾害文化营造方面下功夫。

A Survey and Analysis of the Staff-s Consciousness on Crisis in Wenchuan Earthquake Area
