大学绩效评估指标系统的信度与效度分析

摘    要:评估的本质是一种价值判断.大学绩效评估的关键是指标系统构建是否科学、合理、有效.本文在大学绩效评估指标系统构建基础上,广泛征求专家意见后,编制了包含58个问题的大学绩效调查维度与测试量表,并以河北省属10所重点骨干大学为样本进行了问卷调查.通过对调查数据的描述性统计分析、信度与效度检验,验证了大学绩效评估指标系统的可靠性与有效性.
