| 摘 要： | 人类语言有其自身的发展规律,对语言发展进行制度调适,必须符合语言发展的规律,必须保障各个民族的语言权利.马克思主义主张各个民族的语言完全平等,反对强迫一个民族学习、使用另外一个民族的语言.中国现行外语教育制度将美利坚民族的语言置于全体中华民族儿女的必修必考之地位,使中华民族儿女在中国土地上的受教育权、职称晋升权等权利竟然受制于美利坚民族等其他民族的语言.这一制度值得反思,必须改革.

| Abstract: | Mankind's language would follow the rule in process.Carrying on the system adjustment to the language development must match the regulation and guarantee the language right of each ethnic group.The Marxism lays claim to the language of each nationality completely equal,objects to forcing one nationality study and using another language of nationality.The current foreign language education system in China is persistently placed English first of all languages that makes the Chinese people under the yoke of teaching power and the title promotion power etc.The right is unexpectedly confined by the language of other nationalities.This system deserves to introspect and must be reformed. |
