| 摘 要： | 深圳证券市场形成背景和发展主线,是其发展过程中的两个基础性重大问题.历史证明,深圳证券市场是在党的十一届三中全会指引下,以社会主义初级阶段理论为基石,以邓小平理论、三个代表重要思想及科学发展观为指导,以社会主义市场经济体制为依托,在创建经济特区这一思路的强力推动下,在股份制经济发展和转换企业经营机制的现实要求下建立和发展起来的.在此基础上,紧紧围绕发展、规范、探索创新这一主线而不断发展壮大.
