傣族与日本糯食文化的比较研究

摘    要:傣族和日本民族都是水稻农耕民族,糯米食品在各自的日常生活、宗教祭祀、节庆、生命礼仪中均被赋予了一定的象征意义。其文化寓意的相似性,缘于大致相同的经济生活背景及对糯食文化的认同。
