我国老年人健康自评的差异性分析——基于2002年和2005年全国老年跟踪调查数据

健康自评能反映健康状态的主观和客观的两个方面,是评价老年人健康状况的一个重要指标.本文旨在回答我国老年人健康自评的变化,从而为改善老年人的健康状况提供参考.采用2002年和2005年两次全国老年调查数据,对不同老年人群体的健康自评的差异性进行分析并进一步探究影响因素.

Differentia Analysis of the Old People's Self-Assessment of their Health Condition: Based on the National Survey of the Elderly in 2002 and 2005

Subjective health is significantly associated with objective health and it is an important index in evaluating health status of the elderly.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the changes in the subjective health of the elderly based on the data from 2002 and 2005 national tracking survey of the elderly.Comparing with 2002 survey,the younger male elderly and older female elderly are more likely to have positive subjective health,while divorce and heavy disease are more likely to cause poor subjective health,and the effects of the difference between living in the urban and living in the rural on subjective health become weakened in 2005 survey.
