| 摘 要： | 信用是保证社会经济交易顺利实现的基础。信用是一种社会资本。信用与契约、法律等共同构建起社会经济顺利运行的保护屏障。目前,我国经济交易中普遍性的信用缺失不仅扰乱了市场经济秩序,而且造成了资源配置的低效率。尽快建立完善的社会信用制度已经成为当务之急。

Now, the loss of credit in our society not only disturbs the order of the market economy but also cause inefficient resourceallocation. We have to build a perfect socialcredit institution right now. |
