| 摘 要： | 国际商务英语是为了满足国际商务活动需要而产生的，国际商务英语语言既具备普通英语的一般特征，又具有自身的独特性。其独特性主要体现在商务英语词汇、句式和语篇上。首先阐述国际商务英语概念的界定和内涵，接着具体从词汇、句式和语篇三个层面详述国际商务英语语言的特点，以期学习者和商务人士有效理解商务文本内容，提高商务实践活动中的语言表达能力。
