| 摘 要： | 审判委员会是我国特有的审判组织形式 ,它作为审判工作的一个集体领导机构 ,在总结审判经验 ,讨论、决定重大、疑难案件和其他有关审判工作中发挥了重要作用。但随着我国审判方式改革的深化 ,现行的审判委员会制度已日益不适应公开、高效的审判机制的要求。因此 ,尽快改革我国审判委员会制度已势在必行

| Abstract: | Judicial committee is the special organization form of adjudication of china. As an organization which charges the trial work collectively, judicial committee plays an important part in summarizing trial experience, discussing and deciding great and difficult cases. But with the reform of trial modes, the judicial committee system cannot meet the demands of publicity and efficiency of trial mechanism. So it is necessity to reform the judicial committee system as soon as possible. |
