| Abstract: | This paper deals with the inner link between LIANG Qichao' historical theory and his views on art and literature by citing his arguments for more stress on the present than on the Past, for an understanding of the differences between refinement and crudeness in the present as well as in the past so as to facilitate observation, for an analysis of the relation between politics and social ideology, and in favor of geographic determinism, etc. |
