| 摘 要： | 美国模式是以美国为主的资本主义市场经济发展模式。这一模式经历了曼彻斯特模式、罗斯福秩序模式、新美国模式等三个发展阶段。其基本特征是强调个人主义,注重自主抉择、自由创新;经济活动主要由市场机制自动调节,推行政府不干预经济的原则;融资渠道主要是金融市场和股票市场而非银行。美国模式在经济调控、融资机制、管理机制、科技创新及贸易机制方面具有显著的性能,但在经济活动自由主义化、忽视社会整体利益、加剧贫富分化等方面表现出严重的缺陷。

| Abstract: | American model is a kind of economic development model of market economy of capitalism mainly adopted in the United States.Its development experienced three stages:Manchester model,Roosevelt model and new American model.It is characterized by emphasizing individualism,stressing on self-determination and independent innovation,regulating economic activities by market mechanism and advocating the non-government interference principle,financial market or stocking market instead of bank being the main capital-raising channels.American model is advantageous in the aspects of economic regulation,capital-raising mechanism,management mechanism,scientific innovation and trade mechanism.However,it also has disadvantages of being blind in economic activities,ignoring social profit as a whole and widening the gap between the rich and the poor. |
