| Abstract: | As guaranty insurance is a new type of property insurance, its nature has not yet been defined by the existing legal documents, and there have been heated debates on this issue in the academic circles. These have resulted in numerous disputes in practice. The present paper, through a comparison between guaranty insurance and guaranty, demonstrates the nature of guaranty insurance as a subcategory of insurance. |
