| 摘 要： | 新时期要求高等教育培养出来的学生既要掌握扎实的理论知识,又要有实践操作技能。公共关系案例教学是集理论教学与能力培养于一体的科学有效的教学方法,在理论学习的基础上,通过对案例的讨论、分析,激发学生对“公共关系”这门课的学习兴趣,从而提高学生发现问题、分析问题的能力,沟通、协调能力和创新、决策能力。为将来从事营销公关工作做好充分准备。
