摘    要:随着市场领域顾客导向的确立,顾客价值已成为企业追求持续竞争优势的新来源。本文从顾客价值的创新理念出发,通过对供应链管理、网络营销的成本优势实证分析,说明了顾客价值在新兴管理模式中的体现,进一步论述了基于顾客价值获取企业持续竞争优势的新型竞争战略。

Abstract:With the establishment of customers-oriented system in the market, customer value has become a new source of continuous competitive advantage that enterprises are pursuing. From the perspectives of the innovative theory of customer value, the paper demonstrates the embodiment of customer value in the new management modes on the basis of the empirical analysis of cost advantage for supply chain management and network marketing. It also presents the new-type competition strategy for the enterprises to obtain continuous competitive advantage that is based on customer value.
