黄河三角洲芦苇群落土壤呼吸日动态研究

摘    要:利用Li-8100开路式土壤碳通量测量系统,于2010年5月、7月、10月对黄河三角洲芦苇群落土壤呼吸及其对影响土壤呼吸的净辐射、净光合速率、土壤温度、土壤含水量进行观测.结果表明:黄河三角洲芦苇群落土壤呼吸速率日动态变化明显呈单峰形特征,12∶00左右出现日土壤呼吸速率峰值,生长旺盛期7月土壤呼吸速率高于返青期5月和生长末期10月,净辐射、净光合速率与土壤呼吸速率之间有显著线性关系与指数关系(P<0.01),他们可能是土壤呼吸日动态变化主要影响因子,而10cm土壤温度与10cm土壤含水量对土壤呼吸速率日动态变化影响不显著(P>0.05).

Abstract:Soil respiration dynamics of Phragmites australis in the Yellow River Delta was observed by using LI-8100 automated soil CO2 flux system in May,July,October 2010.At the same time,environmental factors including net radiation,leaf net photosynthetic rate,soil temperature and soil water were also recorded.The results showed that diurnal variation of soil respiration was obviously characterized by a single peak pattern,and the maximum soil respiration of day came at about twelve o’clock.Soil respiration was significantly correlate with net radiate and leaf net photosynthetic rate(P<0.01).These indicated that daily variation of soil respiration in the study area was influenced mainly by the two factors.There were no significant correlation between soil respiration and soil temperature at ten centimeters depth,soil water content at ten centimeters in this area(P>0.05).
