再论俄国城市化缓慢的间接原因——以19世纪下半期俄国工业村地位变迁的个案为例

俄国工业村的形成过程是其城市形成过程的重要组成部分。19世纪下半期俄国享有城市地位的工业村甚少,而未享有城市地位的工业村众多。究其原因是多方面的:首先,村子升格为城市的程序非常繁琐;其次,取决于土地所有者和其他不动产所有者的态度;第三,工业村人口成分复杂,利益不一,难以形成一个声音;此外,农奴制残余的掣肘因素也不容忽视。工业村升格为城市的过程受阻迟滞了俄国城市化进程。

A Discussion on the Indirect Reasons of the Slow Urbanization of Russia:with a Case of the Transition of Russial Industrial Villages in the Second 50 Years of the 19th Century

Industry village emerging course is one important part of city emerging course in Russia.In the second fifty years of the nineteenth century,few industry village had a status of city althouth being a great number.There had many reasons.First,it was a very fussy process to village who wanted to be promoted being a city.Second, to be a city rested with attitudes of terra owners and estate owners.The third,industry village had a difficulty to have a accord because of tanglesome population component and different interest.Furthermore,remains of serfdom also wasnt a neglect handicap factor.The course of industry village to be promoted as a city being handicaped slowed the course of Russia urbanization.
