摘    要:幼儿教师的心理健康直接影响幼教工作的质量。针对引起幼儿教师心理问题的诸多因素,如工作负担沉重、自我发展需要缺失、教师角色压力、家长期望压力、人际关系压力等,幼儿教师应在价值观、人际沟通、情感调控、协调家园关系等诸方面,加强自我心理调节,自觉维护自己的心理健康。

Abstract:Kindergarten teachers' psychological health has a direct bearing on the quality of pre-school education.In light of the factors affecting kindergarten teachers' psychological health,the teachers should,concentrating on values,interpersonal communication,feeling regulation and coordination between the families and the kindergarten,intensify self-regulation and consciously protect their own psychological health.
