| Abstract: | Based on the theory of Freiburg School and with the purpose of maintaining orderly competition of the whole society, this thesis argues that in order to thoroughly solve the big disparity between urban and rural areas and improve the market competition order , the key is to strengthen the competitive ability of the peasant. So that they can stand on the same starting line as the urban citizens do . |
