| Abstract: | Based on Adams' equality theory,the paper first analyzes the problems arising in the present management of fairness in colleges and universities,as well as relevant causes and unfavorable effects.What's more,the author explores the influence of equality theory on college and university management,and at last proposes that priority be given by leadership,system improved,understanding deepened,and assessment conducted scientifically. |
