西藏社区服务建设中存在的问题及对策

社区服务是社区建设的重要内容之一。西藏的社区服务刚刚起步，目前还存在一些困难和问题，今后要进一步转变政府职能，增加政府投入，加大社区设施建设力度，加强社区服务队伍建设，引导居民广泛参与社区活动，加强社区环境和社会治安治理，为全面建设小康西藏、平安西藏、和谐西藏、生态西藏打下坚实的基础。
