| 摘 要： | 建设海峡西岸经济区以海峡西岸和东岸将成为统一的经济区为重要前提。海峡经济区构建的可能,使海峡西岸经济区具有成为中国独特的经济区的价值;而海峡西岸经济区建设,则是构建海峡经济区的重要组成部分,是促进海峡经济区形成的重要阶段。建设海峡西岸经济区要着眼于祖国和平统一大局,以空间拓展实现时间的超越,以时间累积促进空间的融合。

| Abstract: | Building the economic zone on the west side of the Straits takes that the west side and the east side of the Straits will become a unified economic zone as an important guarantee. The possivility of forming the Straits economic zone makes the economic zone on the west side of the Straits worthy of becoming a unique economic zone in China.Meanwhile building the economic zone on the west side of the Straits is an important part of formation of the Straits economic zone and an important stage to promote forming of the Straits economic zone. Building the economic zone on the west side of the Straits must be in view of the general goal of China's praceful reunification bring about the transcendency of time with space expanding, and promotes the fusion of space with time accumulation. |
