| 摘 要： | 新制独立学院是一种新的办学组织形式。它的产生有其独特的历史背景,是我国对高等教育办学体制改革和发展民办高等教育在认识和实践上的逐步深化的必然结果。本文从新制独立学院产生的背景、自身的优势及其产权等几个方面进行分析论述。
