中国当代大学生自我评价偏差与心理健康

摘    要:中国当代大学生随着个体心理和意识的不断发展,自我评价能力日益提高,但是,由于大学生不能正确认识自我和客观现实,往往会出现自我评价偏差。自我评价偏差直接影响大学生的身心健康,因此,大学生应树立正确的评价观,努力克服自我评价偏差,从而确保其身心健康。

Abstract:With the development of individual mind and consciousness,students' ability of self-evaluation has been more and more improvsed. However,due to their misunderstanding about themselves and practical world, their mental and physical health are both affected by the deviation of self-evaluation. Students should set up correct standard of evaluation, and try to overcome any deviation of self-evaluation so as to improve their health mentally and physically.
