| 摘 要： | 当前，女子高校在办学中存在着认识偏见、定位偏差、将女校与男女混校之间的关系对立等问题。要促进女子高校的健康发展，办学者必须正确认识女子高校发展的基本性质，正视性别歧视的社会现实，建立女子高校生存与发展的价值理念，增强办学的综合实力。

| Abstract: | This paper make profound analyses on problems in idea prejudice, localization deviation, the relational opposition between women colleges and colleges of coeducation. It puts forward that we should properly understand the fundamental nature of women college＇s development, face up the social reality of gender discrimination, establish the value concept of survival and development of women＇s college, and enhance the comprehensive strength of school - runing. |
